1. Everything Here Is Digital

Ebooq sells eBooks as downloadable files. Nothing is printed, nothing is posted, and there are no shipping costs or delivery windows. If you are looking for a physical book, this is not the right shop.

2. What Is in Every Purchase

Each title is supplied in two formats at no extra cost:

• PDF — keeps the original page layout exactly. Best on a laptop or tablet, and the right choice if you intend to print pages.
• Large print — the Made Easy guides are set at A5 in large type, so they stay readable on a phone without zooming.

Where a title includes worksheets, templates or checklists, these are listed on that book’s product page and are included in the same download.

3. How Delivery Works

Access is granted the moment payment clears. You will find your files in three places:

• On the order confirmation page shown immediately after checkout.
• In the confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout.
• Permanently under Downloads in your account.

Download links do not expire and there is no cap on how many times you may download a title you have bought. If you change phone or laptop in two years, your books are still there.

4. Devices and Compatibility

There is no DRM, no activation and no device limit. Once downloaded, the files behave like any other document you own. PDFs open in any browser or PDF reader, and in Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo and Calibre. To read one on a Kindle, send it across with Amazon’s own Send to Kindle tool.

We do not provide technical support for third-party reading software, but if a file genuinely will not open we will investigate and replace it.

5. What You May Do with Your Copy

• Read it on any device you own, as many times as you like.
• Store your own backup copies.
• Print pages for your personal reference.
• Quote short passages with attribution, as normal fair use allows.

6. What You May Not Do

• Share, email, upload or otherwise distribute the file to other people.
• Resell, rent or sublicense it.
• Post it to a file-sharing site, forum, cloud folder or messaging group.
• Reproduce substantial portions publicly, or republish the content as your own.
• Remove copyright notices, or strip branding from the files.
• Use the content to train commercial machine-learning systems without our written permission.

These books are made by a small operation. Unauthorised sharing is the main thing that makes work like this unsustainable, and we do enforce our rights where distribution is significant.

7. Updates and Revisions

We revise titles to correct errors and refresh material that has dated. When a book is updated, the new version replaces the old one in your account at no cost — simply download it again. We do not charge existing customers for revised editions of a book they already own.

Occasionally a title is withdrawn from sale. If that happens, your existing download remains available to you in your account.

8. Nature of the Content

Our books are general educational information, written to be practical. They are not personalised professional advice. Titles touching on money, health or business carry a clear notice to that effect, and we recommend consulting a qualified, regulated professional for decisions specific to your circumstances.

9. If Something Goes Wrong

Email hello@ebooq.store with your order number. Faulty files, wrong titles and access problems are our responsibility and we will fix them. Refund circumstances are set out in the Refund Policy.
